Circuits is total body high intensity class. There are 5 stations, each 8 minutes long.

Days Offered:

  • Tuesday - 3 Cardio Stations, 2 Strength Stations

  • Thursday - 2 Cardio Stations, 3 Strength Stations

  • Saturday - 3 Cardio Stations, 2 Strength Stations

TRAIN FULL SEND

Train Full Send is our standard running and lifting class. Half the class is on the treadmills, half is on the floor. We also offer a double floor option which does not run.

Days Offered:

  • Monday - Arms, Abs, Glutes

  • Wednesday - Back, Legs, Chest

  • Friday - Total Body

  • Sunday - Total Body
